When you book with fareobudy, we ensure that you have found the best price offered.

To ensure the same, we use Price Match Promise. Under this, if you find an all-inclusive price lower than our offered price with all the details as mentioned in our booking (same itinerary) on a Major OTA within 24-hours of booking, we will match the price and refund the difference. Or you may cancel your booking for a full refund.

What do we mean by 'same itinerary' mean?

'Same itinerary' means every element of the booking matches. It includes airline, flight number, date, number of people who are traveling and type of seat.

Why should bookings under PMP be 'offered and available'?

You must ensure that the itinerary you find that beats our rate is live on a competitor's site and is available to be booked at the time of contact and should be determined by our customer care representatives.

Who do we consider as a 'competitor'?

For you to redeem PMP, we consider websites like Expedia.com, Orbitz.com, Priceline.com, and Travelocity.com a competitor.

How can you notify us that you want to invoke PMP?

If you want to invoke PMP, you have to contact us sales@fareobudy.online or call us on +1-(845) 250-2114 and share your fareobudy booking reference number and all the details of the lower priced itinerary including the name of the airline, flight, itinerary, date, number of customers and seat type. Additionally, share the URL/ screenshot to enable our customer service representatives the steps of verification for itinerary. Customer service executive should be able to locate the lower fare from the information you provide. We reserve the right to deny the claims if the request is not verified, or for which you're unable to provide complete information. After verification, you will be given the choice to retain your itinerary or get a refund of the difference or cancel your booking and get a full refund.

Is there an exception applicable to PMP?

The fares on which PMP is not applicable are: membership program, corporate discount inclusive of a group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention, or consolidated fares, coupon promotions or any promotional offer which is not valid for the general public.

Exclusions: military, student, government, tour operator, bulk, vacation package.

This also means that fare errors are excluded.
